Il tempo incerto non ha fermato il corteo di apertura della campagna “Aprile antifascista”, organizzata dal Coordinamento Antifascista Cagliaritano e supportata da oltre 50 adesioni tra associazioni, partiti, musicisti, locali e siti web.
Quasi trecento partecipanti hanno dato vita ad percorso a tappe in cui le bandiere rosse hanno accompagnato diversi momenti di testimonianza e sensibilizzazione. Concentramento in piazza Sorcinelli, dove dopo aver letto alcuni brani di Emilio Lussu, gli antifascisti hanno “rinominato” la piazza dedicata al primo organizzatore delle squadre fasciste a Cagliari, sovrapponendo una targa in ricordo di Michele Schirru, l’anarchico originario di Pozzomaggiore che fu fucilato nel 1931 per aver progettato di uccidere Benito Mussolini.
Accompagnato dalle note di “Bella Ciao” il corteo ha poi raggiunto piazza Yenne, dove è stato calato uno striscione che con lo slogan “Nessuno spazio ai fascisti” invita alla partecipazione alle manifestazioni previste per il 25 aprile. Ultima tappa il Terrapieno, interessato da un’ulteriore “rinominazione”: da Terrapieno Enrico Endrich, podestà di Cagliari che anche nelle sue memorie ha difeso il fascismo definendolo “una necessità”, a Terrapieno Davide “Dax” Cesare, antifascista di 26 anni ucciso a Milano nel 2003, da dieci coltellate inflitte da due militanti di estrema destra. Dax è stato poi ricordato da una lettura toccante che ha raccontato i fatti di quel tragico 16 marzo, di cui quest’anno è stato celebrato il decennale.
Conclusione all’insegna della socialità con una cena offerta ai passanti del Terrapieno dal Coordinamento Antifascista, che ha ribadito la volontà di “tenere pulita” Cagliari dal fascismo di ieri e di oggi. Quest’anno sembra si prospetti più difficile per le istituzioni concedere a cuor leggero le piazze della città alle commemorazioni fasciste nella giornata del 25 aprile, festa della liberazione dal nazi-fascismo.
