Sabato 18 maggio si è svolta la seconda edizione del torneo antirazzista organizzato dal Coordinamento Antifascista cagliaritano nei campi “Magnolia” in via Tel Aviv, complesso sportivo completato da anni ma ancora in attesa della sua inaugurazione.
Il torneo ha visto la partecipazione di 12 squadre provenienti da varie realtà cagliaritane e non solo, come le Brigate Alcoliche Uresi, i Marmillantiracist fino ad arrivare alle Brigadas Internacionales, la squadra degli studenti Erasmus. Le partite, iniziate con massima puntualità alle 15.30, si sono svolte con il giusto livello di agonismo tipico di un torneo di calcio. Ma sono stati la goliardia e il divertimento i protagonisti indiscussi della serata. Tramite questi due elementi, infatti, si sono potuti lanciare svariati messaggi ai partecipanti e al pubblico presente: è stata l’ occasione per vivere il calcio nella sua vera natura, viverlo come strumento di aggregazione, socializzazione, divertimento e partecipazione. Ma non solo. Altro obiettivo della serata è stato indubbiamente quello della riappropriazione degli spazi. Valorizzare uno spazio ormai dimenticato anche da chi l’ ha progettato, diventato ormai da anni il punto di ritrovo dei ragazzini del quartiere e non solo, è stata una delle finalità dell’intera serata.
In questa serata di sano sport, una nota stonata nonché sgradita presenza vi è stata. Chi non poteva mancare infatti a una iniziativa del Coordinamento Antifascista Cagliaritano sono le le forze dell’ordine che, chiamate da residenti e proprietario dell’impianto occupato dai giovani calciatori, dapprima si sono avvicinate alle recinzioni per controllare la situazione e dopo hanno voluto chiedere spiegazioni ai rappresentanti del Coordinamento. Dopo una discussione imbarazzante, tra le accuse infondate su una presunta occupazione della villa ancora in costruzione all’interno della proprietà e i tentativi di intimidazione della DIGOS, i playmobil accompagnati da vigili urbani e artificieri hanno lasciato il terreno di gioco con la coda tra le gambe raccomandando addirittura di lasciare il campo pulito!
